Hi. I’m Sarah. Thanks for popping by.
I am part of the Yammer team in Australia, connecting people & changing the way that organisations work. I am making awesome things happen as a board member of the Melbourne Awesome Foundation. I spent a few years managing all things digital at Save the Children and am passionate about leveraging digital for social benefit.
I love traveling, bicycles, photography, languages, international supermarkets and everything social. I am happy and healthy. I like to run around, talk fast and enjoy inspiring a more connected and efficient world.
On September 16th I turned 30 and I ran the Sydney Marathon in school dress to support girl’s education in Sierra Leone. 42ks is a long way to run… in a school dress… on your birthday. But I made it! Phew. You can read about it & give me a pat on the back over here.
I think a lot. Some of my recent and better thoughts include;
- Why being a little lost can be better than striving for goals.
- Bring your other carefree travel-self to work.
- Wearing lycra with the work crowd is a good idea.
All words are written from from my keyboard of love. If you like them and want to get in touch you can find me @sarfos .
